Terms of Use (EULA) – Españoles Por Europa

This document constitutes the End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Use for the mobile application Españoles Por Europa (“EPE” or “the App”), developed and managed by Veldin Network (“we”, “us”, or “the Owner”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (“you”, “the User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

This document is designed to meet Apple App Store and Google Play requirements for apps that include User-Generated Content (UGC).

1. Purpose of the App

EPE is a mobile app that enables Spanish-speaking individuals living across Europe to connect through:

• A country/city community map (no real-time locations of other users are ever shown).
• Private chats and connection requests.
• User profiles.
• Activity-related notifications.

2. Acceptance of Terms and minimum age

Use of the App requires that you:

• Have read and accepted these Terms.
• Are at least 16 years old, or the minimum age in your country.
• Have legal capacity to enter contracts.

3. User account and accuracy of information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Inform us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, send, or post in the App, including chat messages and profile information.

5. Prohibited behavior

• Insults, threats, harassment, or hate speech.
• Discriminatory content.
• Explicit sexual or violent content.
• Spam, fraud, or misleading promotions.
• Impersonation of others.
• Unauthorized access attempts.
• Any unlawful activity.

6. Map and location privacy

The App displays only approximate clusters based on user-selected city and country. No GPS coordinates or real-time location are ever shared.

7. Reporting, blocking, and moderation

The App includes:

• User blocking.
• Reporting tools for inappropriate content or behavior.
• Manual moderation by our team.

8. License to use user content

You grant the Owner a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to store and process your content strictly for operating the App.

9. License to use the App

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or modify the App.
• Sublicense or distribute it.
• Use it for unlawful purposes.

10. Account deletion

You may request account deletion by emailing soporte@veldinnetwork.com.

11. Liability disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted service or absence of errors.

12. Apple & Google relationship

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this Agreement nor responsible for EPE.

13. Data protection

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

The Owner may update these Terms or the App functionalities. Continued use implies acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Jurisdiction: courts of Barcelona (unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise).
